Getting started

From nothing to a bot that answers /hello in about five minutes.

  1. Sign in with Discord and choose Connect a bot.
  2. In the Discord developer portal, create an application, open Bot and choose Reset Token. Copy the token.
  3. Paste it into Channelcraft. We check it with Discord, encrypt it, and never show it again.
  4. Keep Add a /hello command ticked, connect, then use Add to a Discord server.
  5. In your server, type /hello. Your bot answers.
Your token is your bot's password. Never paste it into a chat, a support ticket or a screenshot.
