Terms of service

Using Channelcraft

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy. You are responsible for your bot and what it does in the servers it joins.

Acceptable use

Do not use Channelcraft to spam, mass-DM, raid or nuke servers, collect data about people without permission, harass anyone, or break the law. We may suspend bots that do, and safety limits on DMs, bans and kicks apply to every bot.

Your content

You own what you build. You give us permission to store and run it in order to provide the service. Items you publish to the marketplace may be imported by other users.

Plans and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. If you downgrade, features beyond the new plan's limits pause; nothing is deleted.

Availability

We work to keep your bot online but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Discord outages and rate limits are outside our control.

Ending

You can stop using Channelcraft at any time by deleting your bots. We may end accounts that break these terms.
