Draft for legal review. This text describes how the product works today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be checked and completed by the operator before launch.
What we collect
- Your account: your Discord ID, name, avatar and, if Discord shares it, your verified email. We never receive your Discord password.
- Your bots: bot tokens (encrypted, never shown again), the commands, events, modules and variables you build, and their version history.
- Activity in your servers: to run your bot we process the events Discord sends it. We store a log of each run (what started it, the steps taken, IDs of the server, channel and member, and errors) for the period your plan allows, then delete it. Module data such as moderation cases, XP and balances is kept until you delete the bot.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and Stripe customer ID, never card numbers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
Why
Only to provide the service: hosting and running your bot, showing you its logs and analytics, keeping your account secure, billing, and answering you. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Discord (your bot talks to its API), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and services your own workflows call with HTTP steps. AI reply features send the question and your configured instructions to the AI provider.
Your choices
You can delete commands, variables and bots at any time; deleting a bot removes its data. Contact us to export or delete your account.
