LLM Alpha is a cryptocurrency trading platform that offers AI-assisted trading tools, market analysis, and portfolio management features. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and LLM Alpha ("we", "us", "the platform").

By accessing or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

To use LLM Alpha, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (including but not limited to OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists).
• Not be a person or entity identified on any government-maintained restricted or denied parties list.
• Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

When you create an account on LLM Alpha, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

LLM Alpha provides AI-assisted cryptocurrency trading services. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The platform offers AI-generated trade signals, automated trading, and portfolio management tools. These are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute financial advice.
• There are no guaranteed returns. All trading involves risk, and past performance of any AI model or strategy is not indicative of future results.
• The platform may act as counterparty to your trades. This means LLM Alpha may take the opposite side of your positions in certain circumstances.
• Trade execution is subject to market conditions, available liquidity, and system availability. We do not guarantee that all orders will be filled at the requested price or at all.

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Deposits are processed upon blockchain confirmation. Processing times vary by network and are outside of our control.
• Withdrawals are subject to processing times, which may vary depending on security review requirements, network congestion, and the amount requested.
• Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals. Current fee schedules are available on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply. Transactions below these thresholds will not be processed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that deposit addresses and network selections are correct. Funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks cannot be recovered.

Cryptocurrency trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using this platform.

• You could lose all of the funds deposited on the platform. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
• Trading with leverage amplifies both potential profits and potential losses. Leveraged positions can result in losses that exceed your initial margin.
• AI-assisted trading carries additional risks, including model errors, data inaccuracies, unexpected market conditions, and technical failures. AI models may produce incorrect or unprofitable signals.
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience rapid and significant price movements at any time, including during periods of low liquidity.
• Past performance of any trading model, AI system, or strategy is not indicative of future results and should not be relied upon as a basis for making trading decisions.
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to trade or access certain features of the platform.

The following fees may apply when using the platform:

• Trading fees: Maker and taker fees apply to all executed trades. Fee rates depend on your trading volume and fee tier. Current rates are displayed on the platform.
• Withdrawal fees: Network-specific fees apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals to cover blockchain transaction costs.
• AI Mix fees: Additional fees may apply when using the AI Mix consensus trading feature, which aggregates signals from multiple AI models.

We reserve the right to modify fee structures at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will apply to transactions occurring after the effective date.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the platform:

• Market manipulation: Including but not limited to spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, or any other form of artificial price manipulation.
• Wash trading: Executing trades with yourself or colluding parties to generate misleading trading volume or activity.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to finance terrorism or other illegal activities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per individual without explicit written permission from LLM Alpha.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors in the platform for personal gain.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Interfering with the operation of the platform or disrupting other users' access to the service.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
• Your account is flagged by our security or compliance systems for suspicious activity.
• You fail to provide requested identity verification or compliance documentation.

In the event of account suspension or termination, we may freeze your assets pending investigation. Any remaining balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal compliance policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• LLM Alpha is not liable for any trading losses, including losses resulting from AI-generated trade signals, automated trading, or market volatility.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, system downtime, network outages, or third-party service failures.
• Decisions made by AI models on the platform are autonomous and do not constitute financial advice. We disclaim all liability for the outcomes of AI-assisted trades.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to LLM Alpha in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

All content, software, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the LLM Alpha platform are owned by or licensed to LLM Alpha and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written consent.
• Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy for details).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
• We may notify you of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
• Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
