3. Analytics & Tracking
When you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and generate heatmaps. This helps us improve the user interface and fix usability issues.
Clarity does not capture passwords, financial data, or sensitive form inputs. You can opt out at any time by clearing your cookie consent (see below).
We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

- Account and financial data are retained for the lifetime of your account plus any period required by law for financial record keeping.
- Analytics data (Clarity) is retained per Microsoft's data retention policy (typically 30 days for session recordings).
- AI chat logs are retained for up to 90 days to improve model performance, then anonymized or deleted.
